Danny |
|
Danny, a blind miniature Donkey gelding, was adopted to a therapy farm where he will assist in helping children overcome emotional difficulties. |

Shasta |
|
Shasta was adopted in 2006 by a young woman who is now showing her in hunt/jump competitions. We are so glad we could have played a part in rescuing Shasta from certain death, and helping her find the perfect person to love her.

Samara |

Samara, a red roan pony, was adopted as a lesson pony, and is currently learning to pull a cart. Like Shasta, she came to us as an emergency rescue and was one of our favorites. We are glad she has a new, peaceful life. |

Chunky was adopted after spending a couple of years with us. With a little more training, he will spend his life as a trail horse, which he loves.

Zack and Spice were adopted together after being nursed back to health at WCER. They had come to us after being seized in a cruelty case in Marion County in March, 2007. They have fit into their new herd quite nicely!

Spice and Zack were adopted to a wonderful home in West Virginia, where they have fit into their new herd quite nicely. Spice has been renamed Sophie. She came to us in March from a cruelty case in Marion County, and we are happy she has a chance at a new life.

Ginger, a miniature horse that came from the Marion County cruelty case in March of 2007, was adopted with Miss G the goat, and spends her days happily grazing and being spoiled by her new owners. |

Nicky, a pony gelding, was adopted to be ridden by their grandchildren, and to be a family pet. He was one of our favorites while he was in our care, and we're pleased he has such a good new life. |

While we were sad to see her leave, we were able to find a wonderful home for Kaycee where she can look out over the lake every day. She had chronic cribbing issues which her adopters are capable of dealing with. |

Sierra, a Quarterhorse mare, was adopted to be a companion horse. She was with us for a year and a half and in that time became a treasured member of her herd. Sierra has a great new home and we couldn't be happier with her outcome. |

Misty is a Haflinger mare who came to us becuase she had foundered in all 4 feet. It took several months and a specialized diet to get it back under control and one of our previous employees adopter her. |

Fudge is a black Tennessee Walker. He is a very lovable help you with the chorse type of horse. He went to a great home with Princess where he will be spoiled like he deserves. |
