Want to help WCHS' rescued equines but can't adopt just now? No problem! You can sponsor any horse, mule or donkey awaiting a new home. Although it costs approximately $100 per month to care for each equine (factoring grain, hay, bedding, vaccinations, worming, farrier care, etc.), you can sponsor the equine of your choice for as little as $25 per month (although we would of course always gratefully accept more!).

To sponsor an equine, just check out our equines available pages (horses available; donkeys available; mules available) and send us an e-mail (Wyhumaneone@cs.com) letting us know which of you would like to sponsor. You can then either send your monthly payment to us at:

As a sponsor, you will receive a color picture of the equine you have chosen to sponsor with his/her history, an official WCHS Equine Rescue Program sponsorship certificate, updates on the equine's progress, and acknowledgement on our web site as a sponsor.
